Let's Talk Support Lulu

For a while now, Lulu has held among the lowest win rates for support champions in every division. This stems from Riot's continued nerfs to her mid/top prowess that hurt her supporting capabilities.

However, just like nerfing mid/top Lulu nerfed support Lulu, buffing support Lulu would buff mid/top Lulu.

Not necessarily so.

I do not think there should be buffs for mid/top Lulu. It can be quite oppressive when strong. But consider this change:

Whimsy ALLY cast range = 650 (current) --> 700 Help Pix! ALLY cast range = 650 (current) --> 800

Lulu has a number of weaknesses. However, consider the fact that she is one of the slowest champions and has lower ranges on her buff abilities than similar champions (800 range on a shield is standard for every other champion with a shield). Changing this would have almost no bearing whatsoever on her solo laning.

In regards to cast ranges, have two circles around Lulu, one inner red circle for the enemy cast range, and one blue outer circle for ally cast range. It is different, but I'm sure it can be done. After all, Lulu is quite a unique champion in her own right!
