If you are looking for CC, go with lissandra. She has an AOE root, AOE slow, targeted stun and Malzahar only has his ult wich is a single target suppress.

Siyther1 votesif u just want cc go liss malz is great in laning phase and decent in team fights but only cc is ulti which is easily counterd he is more of a pick champ brand is stright dps his stun is unrelaible at best but does hella damage
