Fizz shouldnt have been reworked at all. The new fizz cant even entertain the idea of killing his target unless he has ult. His new kit requires him to dive in the middle of 5 people to get a kill and then subsequently get blown the fuck up instantly.

The range bullshit with his ult sucks ass. Basically useless unless you hit it at full range, making it even more of a pain to catch up to the person and kill them. (gj riot)

his new w makes him useless until level 6. Dont even try and fight anybody because you'll lose.

New fizz is also 100% reliant on building these items:

Fizz has a 46% winrate in all lanes among regular players.

But wait there's more! Players with over 125+ games with fizz dont have the same winrate, they have a LOWER winrate.
