Could suspicious Clan names be flagged for investigations?

In the past 2 days, I have run into three different versions of "Clans" Whose names are explicitly telling teams "We are inters." True to their names; game becomes an immediate feed fest, the lanes NOT feeding get 4v1'd/4v2'd by 3-4 minutes into game, and that sets the pace for the ENTIRE game (not a one off).

I know in game theory, if we monitor such groups, they just won't join the clans. But, even so, doing so would reduce how well these groups Organize, and we could possibly at least minimize their impact on play

Variations I saw just in the last 2 days:

Riot can not actually punish people for a name (unless it is explicit) they will be suspended/banned if they get reported (as you should be doing) if they are an issue.

Just want to clear one little thing up. Riot CAN punish you for anything. Riot does not punish for minor things like this. Just don't want people to get certain Ideas. Wording like that contributes to people thinking they can get their money back when they are permabanned.

Considering the nature of /all chat, I can only imagine the level of vile you'd have to stoop to warrant a permaban.

Not very far. You can legitimately get perma bans for saying "GG" and "Just end it" or "You literally just did [insert action]"

You don't need to cuss or hate speech or tell people to KYS. You just have to have a history of ~200 games of getting angry at your team and using "give up" terminology or telling someone pointedly what they are doing wrong.

Did I ever suggest punishing for a name? I suggested "Investigating them." Riot flags language and phrases used in chat automatically. However, a review is activated before the IFS acts on those keywords. Riot generally doesn't ban inting because they can't prove motive. However, someone who both has a clan name AND ints, generally has a legitimate amount of evidence that that's indeed what they are doing. If they are playing to win. That's one thing. Playing to lose and grief is another.

IRON4 and similar clan names are also known to contain players committed to remaining in that division. Consider dodging if such a one is on your team...

(However, the clans FF>13, FF>14, FF>15, FF>16, etc.... do play to win.)
