It's just going to be an extremely strong item on its good users, and completely untouched by others. Basically the release Klepto effect, except this time I don't see how it's possible to balance the current concept of the passive without making it a troll item on anyone but its strongest users (aka current Muramana).

I personally really like the new Essence Reaver, as I tried it out in PBE. But I agree that it may be too strong on some champions.

I'm pretty sure ER will be broken but not at all on current muramana users necessarily, more like on people that can abuse the fuck out of the post-ult passive
