when will riot lower the surrender time down to 15 minutues?

Theres always one side that snowballs so hard, and always at least 5-7 turrets getting taked down, things are always one sided while enemy teammates lose like only 1-2 turrets while the percentage of being able to win against them is low

Every now and then the system finds unbalanced teams because the options were limited when matchmaking and the obvious one sided games definitely happen. I agree that a 15 min surrender should be allowed. Even if players are making a poor choice, the team decides together and that should always be an option. Thumbs up man
