Why "The lightbringer" is available only on ascesion?

it's main use is to deal trap users (such as teemo) in an environment where vision is already very limited. That way you don't just run face first into a bunch of shrooms, boxes and whatnot without no way of being able to deal with it

yes , but it has 90% dmg dealt plus as bleed effect ... which is great against champions like Vladimir Akali who 1 shot adc champions . Also it could be reworked a little bit for a more "useful" active such as "ad zonyas for 1 second .." or mov. speed etc..

yeah but it's simply that bonus damage. They will still get 1 shot by whoever is 1 shooting them now. The item doesn't need to be reworked into anything. It has it's use, it doesn't fit SR that is all

How does bleed have anything to do with oneshotting?

It was always crystal scar specific. It was more noticeable when dominion was a permanent mode

crystal scar had items only meant for crystal scar... normally more powerful than summoner rifts pool of items.

For a short and chaotic( meant to be, from how it felt) gamemode at the time.

i think riot should bring a new mode every week. week 1 urf week 2 1 vs all etc...

i think they had considered that, but they wanted game mods not to be that consistently coming so they could work on them... think of new ones and keep an anticipation factor with it all.
