why is varus considerably weaker then the other adcs his passive is whack he gets outclassed by them. I mean okay he is a little betetr agasint tanks but he has no aa steriod his passive should be a trist passive but for attack speed in my opinion he q takes reduced damage when using it through cs however if u take armor pent it negates the damage reduction to a point. Not to mention his q is a ss to begin with. All the other adcs are stronger then varus in one for or another he has nothing on them i mean nothing on them

Varus can potentially win a "5v5" all by himself with Qs from outside the enemies vision and has potentially 10 seconds of snare on his ult; you can't say he has nothing on other adcs... :P

he doesnt have anything on other adcs... i mean sure full build ap i can easily kill people. ad varus has really nothing he can poke ohh man, to bad cait q and jinx taser do pretty much the same damage

Varus both out ranges and out damages Cait and Jinx in addition to being much more versatile in casting. Yes Cait and Jinx can poke from afar... but Varus can literally kill the both of them from outside their vision. If you really want to argue that point you should bring up Jhin as he is the first champ to outrange Varus with a basic ability (still not nearly as good though; see damage and cooldown). Varus even outranges Xerath and Nid... XD Now that's not to say he doesn't have significant weaknesses because of that strength but the "strength vs. weakness" argument is different from the "has nothing" argument... Ya feel me bro? O.o

lets see a q that is a ss and not a aa, he has no aattck spoeed steriod it does reduced damage through pent he doesnt outrange cait aa wise, so agian your argument is minute, yes a high mana cost ss that has a high cd not to mention movement speed reduction. so yes he has nothing on other adcs

"He has nothing on other adcs" is much too broad a statement bro... From a technical standpoint his Q has the highest base damage and highest range (other than Jhin) of all the marksmen and while Cait Q does eventually out scale his he starts with his higher ratio. Odds are he's building more AD than Cait is so his Q does more damage despite the 10% less total AD ratio anyways. Point being: He has something on them.

Yes his AP scaling is incredibly strong yeah? :D

It is a simple question of long range caster poke vs. mid range AA-based health shred/burst. Both are strong and both are weak in their own rights.

On an off note thank you for bringing up another thing that he has on other adcs; his ability to massively burst/health shred people by building AP...

hence why i get hourglass on him if i go ad as my defense, i do that with mf corki kog ez if u want cause they gain damage with the ap

Does that mean your conceding the point that Varus "has something" on other adcs? O.o

And yeah hourglass can definitely be useful but I rarely build it because I'm stupid and like to build other things.
