Matchmaking, WTF Rito?

I just had a game where there were 4 Gold players and all Silver between the two teams, except we had a LEVEL 28 guy on our team. Of course he fed like an all you can eat buffet. How does this happen in any competent matchmaking system???

Come on, you guys can do way better than this.

It's just really unfair to the level 28 guy to get placed in a match like that. He pretty much has zero chance to succeed.
