Riot seriously just revert to his previous state. There's no excuse for all of the things that were removed from his kit, that were then done so with no benefit since his current iteration, that took you over a year to settle on, doesn't even care about any of the new aspects of the kit that were added.

His passive just there and his W literally just an unreliable damage amplifier which is worthless to play around, you just ignore it.
