Nami top saying i'm going to be afk top anyways in ranked before games launch

I'm silver 2

we had a Nami top. She said it has been 8 games that no one came help her top so she would propably afk top that even before the game begins.

she played against a riven top.

She fed.

And after this afk farm top and never came help the team when we grouped despite i asking her politely, She prefered staying top afk farming.

My question is how this kind of players is allowed to be silver ?

isn't that the behaviour of a beginner or the one from a troll ?

what are you supposed to do when 1 game on 4 you are with that kind of players ?

There's a better chance of you being banned than her, because all Riot cares about is having clean chat. Fixing the issue? naah, that actually requires effort.

Honestly I would have dodged the game as soon as possible I saw such pick. There are off-meta things that work and there are others which don't. Nami just doesn't work outside of support role at all.

It was a deliberate troll. They are trying to bait people into getting banned. This is easy to solve for Riot but they have no interest in solving it. Best thing to do is submit a ticket to report it and provide detailed explanation and hope for the best.
