What makes it a "problem"? Those items are available to everyone in the game. Oh no, someone made a creative off-meta build, automatically needs to be nerfed?

Same thing goes for item 3071

Now quit complaining.

The problem is support items like item 3109 are more cost effective than traditional tank items on top of offering more utility.

all riots fault with that midseason update that gutted tanks except for 3 of them xd

yeah i've been seeing qq post about bruisers/tanks taking item 3109 but yet not a single word about the anti burst shield of item 3193 item 3190 during a team fight
