the only time his ult will reset completely on a kill will be when the ult has 3 levels put into it and by then laning phase is over. when the ult has 1 or 2 level put into it it does not reset completely on kill

but his reset on his ult doesn't happen until rank 3 ult. OP a confirmed liar.
