At this point, quit showing concern and entirely abandon this shell of League of Legends. Riot isn’t changing their game back to the way it was; it’ll forever be geared to target cafes and the Eastern audience now - just hope RG’s next game doesn’t take the same route.

Screaming for things to revert or change back has fallen on deaf ears, and regardless of how many Rioters internally may share the sentiment, they don’t get the final call on changes. It’s unfortunate, but this is the hand we’re dealt - you either have to play with it, or go find another hand in another game.

Quit wasting your time and energy and find love for something new or more worthwhile. It’s depressing to face it, but objectively - I feel that may be the best approach for most of us here.
