Can RIot just hotfix Ekko?

There is literally nothing to be done about him currently in lanes. After level 6 there is no killing him and iceborn now gives him endless utility on his already non-existent cooldowns.

I get it, its fun to have champions that do more than 1 ability. BUt really Riot? How do you buff something THAT much. Ekko has literally jumped up 31 one slots in Top lane performance.

I dont care that Riot messed up yet another balance(again) but just own up to it and fix it asap.
