You can still queue into ranked with new accounts?

You're telling me there's no filter of senior players from the new ones? Right now my account is level 35, obviously ranked mode is unlocked at 30. I'll own what; 10-15 champions? LOL

How is a new player going to even remotely understand wtf is going on in a game, when he has only played like 5 champs, maybe 10 thanks to free week?

Or how about when the new players queue, and suddenly get placed silver out of sheer luck? Even if they place bronze, they will still be thrown into silver and gold games.

Even while smurphing I'm like damn I wish I had this X champ to fix my horrendous team comp (partly due to people not owning a good number of champions)
