I agree, landing ult isn't very hard at all, but I think Riot did that because they made him reliant on landing it in order to actually assassinate. They gotta shift some power from that combo so Fizz has more options outside of the one combo, it'll also prevent Fizz from going down the gutter when they fix the hitbox.

I would disagree I think he is pretty sleeper op (not to an extreme but still too strong)

his ult is the size of a lane and pretty much undodgeable becasue of the reason you illustrated... and it has low cd and shark landing is essentially a 100% kill even if you rush an "anti-burst" item like abyssal(pretty much you rush Zhonyas vs fizz or you get pimp slapped in lane and if your ad well you're really screwed)

and he can freely dive becasue of troll pole and his roaming is insane becasue his diving ability and the fact if you follow he is gonna turn and more than likely kill you

His mid and late game is as shit as Talon, the delay damages means ADCs don't give a fuck about you once they get some lifesteal. Not to mention they kill you faster than you can kill them.

And also don't forget how broken locket redemption is.

Falling off mid and late doesn't matter when you're able to constantly get fed early do to your kit having no counter play and the other laner having to totally surrender lane and ping roams(becasue they cant follow) from level 6 until the end of laning becasue an exceptionally strong kit (and Fish being busted)

also imo the problem solely stems from the fish right now...balance the fish and Fizz would be balanced too

What do you mean there is no counterplay? lets assume his ult is undodgeable, you can still dodge his q or e(if he use one during the ult cc he must use the other while you are mot.cc'ed), and his w only does damage after 2 seconds, that is literally free time for you to get away or fight back.

Love how you think fizz is op while he is actually in Talon state, shit like kat and leblanc are much more op and lack counterplay.

Yeah, you might say it's "fine" because only a blind player with a burning PC would get hit by that. And among those, only a minority would care about its pathetic damage and CC.

That's a lv 16 ult, at which point Fizz already won or lost the game. Even then, yes, with a little MR and/or with the myriad of shields and sustain in the game, that damage is pathetic.

The drug I take is called "actually taking into account what happens in-game". Regrettably, most people on Boards have long developed an immunity towards it.

You take something called "what this 10-0 champion did in that one game happens all the time and is unacceptable".

Q- dodgable, happens way more often than you might think W- 2s delay before any meaningful damage, pretty clear visuals E- dodgable, either around 1.5 delay or you double cast it for less untargetable time and to make it extremely unreliable R- dodgable as well, blockable, 2s delay before the shark does damage.

Hope this gets even more upvotes. Fizz's R is total bs. Even Scarra has gone on about how the fish simply flies off wherever and KABOOM, I GOTCHA for no apparent reason. It's irritating.

that is how the visual effect looks, and it is working as intended, fizz ult remains relatively slim until it reaches max range, and once that happens it sits there as the max size and any enemy champion who get into range will get attached by it.
