He literally hovers his mouse over you and you automatically lose, because very few champions can duel him or escape him. Which might be okay if he had any small amount of skill requirement, except his entire kit is point-and-click.
I'm struggling to understand how rewarding shit like this is healthy for the game.

Yes, you'll lose the fight. Xin early is like that. So's Lee. So're a bunch of other champions. But it is eminently possible to survive him.
