New account is SOOOO expensive in terms of IP
Like I get the stuff doesn't need to be free so you have to actually play the game and stuff. But I made this account so I wont have to pay to swap servers constantly and I already have 11 champions, but to get to play ranked I still need 5 more PLUS rune pages
Adding: 
to my champion alone is going to cost me 25500 more IP, and for the two most basic AP/AD rune pages is roughly 11500 I think.
So for someone making a new account you can level up faster, but for what? Between level 25 and 30 so I can return to ranked play I have to have 37k IP??? to own 15% of the champions?
