Handy Sandy 1 votesYea grevious wounds is a major weakness. He's not going to be staying alive for the 5+ seconds it takes him to actually kill someone without him healing. If he uses zhonya's, back away from him so he doesn't heal. If you want to take summoners, don't take ignite against him, take barrier since it lowers his ult's damage and lowers the healing of it. He doesn't really do that much damage, he's forced to stick to you for a long time.
Try to 1v1 him rather than 1v2+ because he's stronger against multiple enemies.

But he's going to be healing a lot so it's even harder to kill him. He usually builds tanky items, and if you can't keep pumping damage onto him then he's going to heal back up. Not all of it, but enough to sustain through another ability by the time it comes off cooldown. Swain is one of the few champions that have an easy time turning around ganks for that reason.

Handy Sandy 1 votesI wasn't saying forever, I meant it's going to sustain him enough that he isn't just going to die like anyone else because your abilities have cooldowns, the healing is going to give him enough time to kill you before you kill him unless he messes something up.
Deity Excalibur1 votesI've won against a swain playing as tanks plenty of times, he has a really hard time facing heavy tanky dudes due to how his mana depletes so fast. But yeah, if you're playing something and don't go SV first time you're pretty much screwed
