Veiger buff for his stun-combo.

They could make it so when his Baleful Strike (Q) goes through Event Horizon (E) it will stun the enemy/enemies hit. This would allow Dark Matter to be landed efficiently (or more efficiently then before) and would promote the zoning of E. That's my idea anyways.
