opinions on what 6.11 will bring?

What I can think of so far

• Vel is now in a state that he is buffed compared to pre mage update
• illaoi will be able to be oppressive building straight tank + she may now even be a meaner version of support blitz
• If the nerfs were enough to bring down tank ekko, tank fizz will take his place.
• zed is going to be even stronger in plat+ (basically assuming you aren't incompetent with him)
• The trinity force champs will make little change to the meta toplane supertanks since the common factor of them is being able to do %health damage

What else can you think of?
