Is there a non-randomness in TF's Pick a Card?
I thought it was : Pick Gold, next shuffle will start with gold.
I just threw a blue card at a guy thinking double tap WW would pick Gold (and I picked gold last shuffle).

AnshenK2 votesI believe it's on a timer, the entire rotation lasts x seconds and when you pick a card at the beginning of it being shown, if you double tap W you'll get the same pick next rotation, however, the next double tap of W will land on the following card because too much time has elapsed in the full rotation.
Darkdemon6532 votesIt's either random or on an internal timer. An internal timer that isn't effectively random would be easily exploitable, so I doubt it's on a timer, or at least one that isn't effectively random.

BobaFlautist1 votesFrom whar I've heard it's a constant internal timer. If you have something to keep track or even just say "Red Gold Blue" (I have no idea of the actual order, I don't play tf) with the correct rhythm you can double the desired card every time.
But I haven't tested it for myself extensively enough to confirm.
