Can Garen's silence be lowered or nerfed?

Silences are unhealthy enough as it is but to be silenced for 4 seconds where my armor gets shredded and I cant get away from his ultimate that might do true damage to me is really unhealthy.

oh get over yourself. Garen has a really tough early game most of the time. His silence is one of the few things that makes garen playable

Are u serious? His silence was already nerfed from 2.5 sec at max lvl Q to 1.5 sec at all ranks. If they were to lower his silence duration any more, he would almost be utterly useless. One of his greatest strengths is that he can counter some champions b/c of his silence.

Buahahahah...you re either trolling or you dont even know what you re talking about dude...no offense. Garen's silence is his single form of cc and it already received nerfs. And I dont know why you say "silenced for 4 seconds", do you even check before posting?
