What will Ashe's passive do, if anything, to structures?

Just curious if it applies or does anything to structure objectives.

Repertoir stated that q won't gain stacks from hitting structures, but hitting structures will keep q stacks from decaying. (Think of it like how a Draven axe refreshes if Draven hist a tower with it, even though it doesn't bounce of the tower.)

Her passive bonus damage is applied to targets she slows. Since towers can't be slowed, no difference.

Yeah that makes sense, I just wasn't sure if they would give it a mechanical exception to help with siegeing objectives or something.

I wanted to ask because this new passive is NOT, strictly speaking, critical strike. Didn't want to assume how it works without double checking.
