A lane bully that scales super hard and gets to build extremely tanky while oppressing every melee champion who goes top is absolutely anti fun.
Not to mention the fact he takes absolutely 0 intelligence to play.
He needs a complete rework.

I played veigar in ARAM and I actually loved the 2 stacks for 1 Q surprisingly easy to do
great successful for the 2 of em if you ask me... as far as uuh... giving em skillshots

9baksQuJhb1 votesDamage control. He was absolutely gutted and they're trying to get him out of tier 5. We NEED easy champions in the game: the ryzes, the annies, the garens. Not everything needs to be skillshots and lee sin #lcsbigplays. Player diversity is a thing too :)
