What if Leona is able to proc her own passive vs jungle monsters?

Well, I am not saying that Leo needs buff, she is a pretty strong support character right now and I love that. I love tanky initiators and her kit is pretty fun to use. However I was thinking about Leona as a jungler. She has pretty solid ganks, but her clears are kinda bad. If she could proc her own passive versus jungle monsters (even with diminished value, if she becomes too good) a new way to play her will be available, and IMO it would be fun. Thoughts?

I think the potential for powerful early ganks with Leona would become too oppressive, honestly. She kind of has the Alistar/Blitzcrank/Nautilus effect -- if they have clears that are fast and healthy, they become hideously overpowered and game warping due to the sheer amount of CC they can bring to early game ganks.

I'd rather see her made into a viable top laner before a viable jungler for this reason.
