Will garen come back into the meta with the armor shred buff

Ah yes garen the classic #spin2win champion. It's been like that since the very beginning. I haven't seen too much of him lately. He's an easy top lane to play like I said before. #spin2win. He's currently a preference pick but not like a meta pick like Camile, Vi, shyvana, twitch, etc (not by any particular role). Garen normally goes black cleaver for the cdr and armor shred . That's a total of %55 armor shred. This isnt lethality. It's pure armor shred. Do you think we will see more of him next patch and will we see more of crit garen as an unrelated topic (fun). Edit: that already happened so no.
