So, can a Rioter stop being worthless and respond to this? Or is that expecting too much?

This shit has been going on constantly for almost two years, with no response on how it's going to be dealt with. There hasn't been a single communication about this behavior.

I've been posting about this problem since the end of S3 with no response, as you can see in this thread from last season.

See the screenshots below. One person said 'mid only,' first pick said 'I'm going mid,' that person said 'ill afk then,' and then this shit storm ensued. Someone dodged this specific game. Not screenshotted, the troll was Revive/Teleport Rammus, and after he went on about how he was going to troll us, he started talking about how he won't get banned because he's going to get a few assists and pretend he's trying. And he's probably right.

These are Diamond games, and it's fucking sad. I've had to dodge this shit three times today. The only thing sadder than how often this happens is the part where there hasn't been a single Riot response on this behavior in over two years.

EDIT: Bonus, I've been trolled by this same player three times since the season started. Other players on my teams had the same experience with it; still not punished.

I hope you realise that riot isnt the problem, its people. You come on here demanding solutions to the fact that people can and will sometimes act like pieces of trash. It is unreasonable and misdirected.

You want a real solution to the problems you have described? Go after the american public school system. You can fix stupid but it takes money and time.

They can hand out severe punishment for this behavior. Instead, they choose not to unless it's consistently done by the same person.

That was only your second mistake. Your first mistake was having that self-entitled attitude, thinking you can demand answers to whatever you feel like.

Concerning your reply to the other guy, punishing people without giving them benefit of the doubt that they don't always act that way is by far the worst thing they could do. Almost everybody would get punished at some point.

You want to quote what exactly I said that makes you think I implied it?

I didn't say it's "ok", I said mistakes happen. You can get off your hypocritical high horse whenever you feel like it, I know you've made the mistake of being somehow toxic in a game. Lie all you want, you aren't fooling anyone but yourself and it's pretty clear by your attitude here that you probably act this way more often than that.

Again you twist my words in order to feel good about yourself. Never said "accidental trolling". Sometimes people get mad and respond in a toxic manner and can't help it, just like you are doing right now. There's no way for me to know if you are always like this or not, so it would take looking over how you've acted in the past and watch what you say later in order to determine if you're always a jerk or are simply salty because everybody didn't come to agree with you like you expected.

Currently in game with yet another troll. Three people said he trolled last game. He said he wasn't going to troll this game.

The game starts and he dies a few times, then starts walking around, sitting in brush and spamming laugh. Someone on the team asks the other team to report him, because the enemy team is pushing our second mid turret, and Olaf is sitting in brush between their second and third turret dancing. He starts typing 'lol why? im trying my best.'

Great games. This is what I expect in Diamond right now.
