Building Attack Speed on Graves

There are two ways to play Graves, Either kite with fleet and stormrazor or oneshot with electrocute / dark harvest and lethality items. Attack speed really is only useful on kite Graves, but honestly tabis or mercs are just better.

Hail of Blades would be decent but it currently is glitched on Graves, his E despite being an AA reset doesn't give you another sped up auto attack.
