I see no reason for Grievous Wounds to ever be removed from Single-Target Abilities or AA Enhancers.

On MF and (formerly) Tristana IT'S A LARGE PART OF THEIR TRADING POTENTIAL. You'll cause more problems than you'll solve by removing GW because you'll have to compensate the loss of Single-Target/Duelling Power with General Power.
