The one time Rito releases a good item (
) they nerf it into fucking oblivion. It's like 
now. Pretty useful active (nerfed to 90s cooldown) but such shitty stats for its price that only supports can get it now, and they won't even always get it since 
overlaps with it so much.

But ONLY its active cooldown got nerfed. The amount of AP it gave got buffed (100->120).
In the case of , both the active AND passive/stats got nerfed and will get nerfed even harder next patch!
