Ranked is 100% unplayable right now because of bottom lane, what the fuck is being done to fix this?

'Hehe no ADC/support meta, so I can pick whatever champion I want and take it to bottom lane regardless of whether it can actually function there or it's synergy with the other bottom lane!'

We've gone full circle to bottom lane deciding the entire game, but this time it's based on which team has the more retarded composition. Games are not remotely fun right now.
