Have used them with success on Kayle and Shyvana. Never bothered trying on Jax though.

Although Shyvana only really works in the jungle and you want AS marks in the jungle to help her early clears.

She has mixed damage too.

She works fine top lane still, obviously depending on the match up but she still does well.

Consistent low 40's for winrate is not 'fine' and is too big of a problem to explain away with a few bad matchups.

I like them on Shen and Akali but thats about it. Everyone else id rather have magic pen, ad, or attack speed.

i feel like jax and kayle. have high attack speed. and high mixed damage. and they kill squishies in a a blink of an eye anyway. even tanks. especially jax. no need to make it a bit faster.

They're best on mixed damage champs who lack AD ratios. If they have AD ratios AD marks are still the strongest early game runes in the game as a rule. But the mixed penetration could outscale them.
