frozen mallet on low range range heroes slow buff

has 650 range
so she def gets more value out of mallet if she were to build it
has 550 so shouldn't he get like 4% to 5% more slow from mallet than does or something?
has 500 range, but I wouldn't make it reproc with passive if it currently does.
unless this is a kit thing where she has to play safer. but doesn't feel that way imo.
