Refunding a skin I now have a "skin permanent shard" for

I purchased Elementalist Lux in late october, and now I got a skin permanent shard for her. If I refund the skin I purchased (getting back my 3,250 RP) I can activate the shard still, right? The shard is currently in my inventory with the option to reroll or disenchant (as I already own the skin).

Refunding it wouldn't have any effect on Hextech Crafting, but if a bug does occur you could always contact Riot Support.

I did, I got scared for a second because it didn't work but after I restarted client I now have 3250 RP and a free Elementalist Lux skin :D
