It seems like the only people who build it now a days are assassins and fighters who are already quite mobile. I've maybe seen one ghost-blade on a Lucian in the past month, so it's not being used by marksmen which I believe it was made for. Since they're going to try to buff assassins even more with this new patch I would like to see ghost-blade nerfed or possibly removed to help balance it out. Just my 10 cents do with it as you will.
junglerboy162 votesIt was and always has been an assassin item first, ADC item second, nothing has changed. Basically, it provides a nice mobility boost while having some of the strongest self synergizing stats in the game. It serves its purpose exactly how it should.

ThePartyLeader1 votesIt's an assassin item for the most part. But I do like it on people like varus, and twitch, could see it being very good on jhinn since it becomes a move speed and ad buff on him. I love the flat pen option since last whisper was gutted.

First off it was made for assassins don't ever give false information that it was made for ADC
It did have random crit on it before before several bruisers use to build it in addition to atma's impaler so the crit use to be fine, lately the only assassin who used the crit was rengar and thus they removed the crit to truly make it an item only for assassins and bruisers who want the flat penetration. ADCs can use it but it's made for assassins and some bruisers
