same health and mr as item 3065 without the cdr, without increasing any form of health sustain, and 50% less base health regeneration increase.

more expensive by 100 gold, a situational shield on a 40 second cooldown out of combat, that usually gets poked down by ranged short cooldown abilities before it becomes relevant.

its not underrated, its just not very good.

on which champ? even on adc as a defensive item it increases the lifesteal you have, and the heals from supports by 20%.

if you compare spirit visage and banshees, the spirit visage pretty much always wins.

as soon as you have some form of sustain, spirit visage becomes better. even if its just because its cheaper.

that spellshield actually blocking a crucial abilitie happens one out of a hundred times. in all other cases it gets popped by some random poke ability and spirit visage is more useful.

its not just underrated. there is a reason barely anyone buys this item.

In my opinion Banshees is one of this Team-Items, buying it as a single person is kinda useless - but 5 guys buying Banshees with some GAs on top can create a huge confusion in the enemy Team. ^^

5 guys ? Hell 2 guys building Banshees can be game changing. Never seen a whole team all build one but that must be broken all to hell. A rage inducing circumstance to play against I'm sure.

We were playing TeamRanked stucking in Late noone wanted to risk anything... one of these games where clearing a ward is an achievment! x'D So => Everyone sold their least usefull Items and bought GA+Banshee! Problem solved! :D

Was funny - but we had a team which was able to do so. Not recommended for every Teamcomp. ^^

I love this idea. It's a sure fire way to score an ace late game when death timers are 45 seconds and up. I will suggest it to whatever team I find myself on whenever I get one of those 50 minute games where everyone is at full build with 6000+ gold.
