Tahm Kench and Braum Shield

When Tahm Kench throws a minion Braum can only stop the damage applying on himself but the minion will still provide the AOE damage and hit anyone even those behind the shield.

I understand deleting a minion because of Braum's shield wuld be stupid but so it his shield being useless against the ability to protect allies.
