No Mana Potions? Fine. No Energy Champs No Manaless Champs

I don't want your stupid 15 magic damage for auto or spell hit (half damage for aoe or DOT).

I want my 150 mana.

Or remove all manless/energy based champs to compensate. Or give them mana and see how they like it.
