Dragon was changed so Pant, Fiora, and Nid couldn't solo it early

Some characters tank the damage and still kill it. Like Udyr, etc.

This is different than "abuse bad objective design by dodging or completely negating Dragon's attacks"

They should have given dragon spells like Baron When attacked, does the knock back and sets the dragon pit on fire, dealing a DoT to anyone inside, like Rumble ult Attacks faster at lower health Cone of fire breath that sets the ground on fire until it dies. About 60 degrees, does damage on cast and a ground based DoT afterwards. Every time it loses 25% of its max health, it does the knock back thing again and units that hit walls will be stunned like Vayne's condemn.
