Says no one ever, he wont ever be balanced unless his E is reworked because of how much of a broken ability it is, his damage is FINE, BUT his E.... is just horrid, the fizz was like the same level as my cait and he easily 100-0 her with just E and R with just

And Im scared for next patch, that runeglaive fizz jungle is going to become a thing, after seeing a few in my games which it worked out ok. And ofc Ik that nerf was for bruiser fizz but at the same time they are adding in new ap ratio and a thing to his W R, and PROB Q

I have seen some streamers that have done runeglaive fizz people in jungle

I dont know I might be wrong, can someone explain in a specific detail that fizz will be balanced again next patch or not?

This change doesnt affect AP fizz much, but kills AD fizz.

Rank 5 Seastone Trident with 700AP: New: 30 + (700 * .35) = 275 Old: 50 + (700 * .30) = 260

Rank 5 Urchin Strike with 700AP: New: 70 + 100%AD + (700 * .35) = 315 + 100%AD Old: 70 + 100%AD + (700 * .3) = 280 + 100% AD

Fizz's ult no longer amplifies the physical damage portion of Fizz's Urchin Strike and subsequent auto attacks, meaning that the AD ratio used to be 120%AD in an all in, making fizz loses about 30 damage in an all-in, per auto. So the damage lost is about equal to the damage gained by ratios, but the amped magic damage kinda offsets that.

The important part is that this stops AD fizz from amping Trinity Force and Blade of the Ruined King damage. Also, while AP Fizz's damage is about equal, maybe a bit higher at full build, his early game damage was hit pretty hard, losing 20 base damage on Seastone Trident hurts both AD and AP Fizz early on in the game, reducing some of AP fizz's kill pressure, and a ton of AD Fizz's.

As an assassin, it makes sense for fizz to be able to 100-0 a champion, especially considering both his ult and e are skillshots and his biggest damage sources. Fizz's problem has always been 2 things:

before his ap nerfs, his damage was too high, and lacked any sort of skill to achieve it, he would do half someones hp with a q and finish them off easily, this was fixed when his damage was "moved" to his ult and gives him more of a need to land it to pick targets.
His changes that made him into the AD terror that he is, which allowed him to build full tank with BOTRK and 100% people, this is obviously not balanced, that's like nasus having a nuke ult instead of his current one (lol@references). tldr; idk about how balanced he'll be, but he definitely isn't in a balanced spot right now, not as an assassin anyway.

Still better to have a squishy AP fizz than an "ad" fizz roaming with 0 dmg item and full tank build still 100-0 whopping your ass.

Tho ye I'd put Fizz over Teemo on the #1 delete this champ now list.

What Fizz builds literally no damage items? AD Fizz built Blade of the Ruined King, Triforce, and occasionally Wit's End.

Thats what trash low elo fizz players do. Real fizz players builds item 3717 and that's it. No more dmg needed.

Actualy they're buffing the scaling on his W to 35%, not 30%. They increased it further in a later patch.

Q is being increased to .35 AP, not W. W is being increased to .3, while losing base damage.

He can keep his E but without his passive, Q and W. Also. let's kill all other %%%% that makes him viable outside of going full AP. That way, he can keep his double gapclosing AoE damaging with a situational slow Zhonya's every 8 seconds(not counting 40%CDR).
