Yup.
Are you dyrus?
I wish
I swear I'm dodging if I ever see a tank Fiddle top EVER again.
Are you playing normals or ranked? Because if it's normals, you have no right to complain about someone's unorthodox pick.
If they intentionally feed, that's a different matter. But normals is the place for casuals, so don't be surprised when you see casual picks.
I don't play normal just to avoid this.
And the terrible match making in normals too, it keep giving me lv10 players.
I have never seen this. I mean the dodging I have seen. Sometimes it is pretty ridiculous for people to dodge like 3-4 games in a row, but the unorthodox picks are quite uncommon in my opinion. The closest I got to having an unorthodox pick in my team in ranked was a Nasus support.
He did fine though. He didn't feed and at one point in the game he even had the least deaths in our team. He wasn't entirely useless either. He participated in team fights and his wither and tank build was useful. Our riven disagreed and berated him for a while, but I defended him and he remained cooperative and hopeful throughout the game. We won.
If anyone wants to see the end game scores/result, check my history and look for the game with Orianna and end score of 19/10. I forgot the number of assists but there should only be 1 recent orianna win ranked game with 19 kills and 10 deaths as end score. IGN: Ragnola
someone did good in one of your game with a abnormal pick =/= abnormal picks are fine.
You need to realize both team can dodge.
I do realize both teams can dodge and I do acknowledge that one game of someone doing good with an abnormal pick does not mean that abnormal picks are fine. That wasn't the point.
The point of me even bringing it up is that people need to just acknowledge that it happens and has happened when it does happen. Then they need to get over it and just try to adapt to it. If you are nice to someone, they won't feel inclined to be mean or troll you as much as if you were being mean to them. It's a fact of life. It is hard to be mean/troll someone when they are genuinely nice towards you. This guy could have afked/left the game because he felt everyone was picking on him, but I gave him the support/encouragement I would want in his situation and he felt a lot better (based on what he was saying in chat anyway).
The fact that he felt better meant that he was going to try as best he could to help us get the win. That is a lot better than someone who feels demoralized and frustrated because his teammates are berating him.
the scariest thing is not a troll, but instead when that teammate of yours ACTUALLY THINK THOSE PICKS WORK.
And what's wrong with that? If he can make it work then good for him. If he can't, well then the only games he will be affecting is his future games which may or may not include you.
I am only concerned with the game I have with him and I knew being hostile wasn't going to make my game any easier.
what do you mean what is wrong with that? A troll at least actually know what orks and what doesn't, and if they feel like it they would actually play things that works which wins games. But people who have fundamentally wrong knowledge about the game loses your game no.matter if they try or not.
I know what you are saying, be nice is good. but being nice doesn't solve things.
They will learn eventually on their own. They aren't going to listen to you if you lecture them on their pick. Especially if you are being hostile about it. Have you met anyone who listens to a stranger aggressively lecturing them?
Being nice is the best way to glean what you can from your situation.
