Why doesn't Urgot's Q apply on-hit effects? He is just a worse version of Ezreal, yet that guy gets it? Or even allow his Q to crit so that he can become a more sustained damage ADC. If they won't buff is attack range at least let him damage enemies with his Q.
Urgot doesn't need buffs. The only reason he doesn't see much play is because he's incredibly prone to ganks and in teamfights he has trouble targetting the person he needs to target. Also he's on the rework list, much to my chagrin.
Urgot's plenty strong as is, build him right and you'll do true damage to everybody.

why fickle in the moment when you can simply snort some dust?
They're not going to buff Urgot because he's getting reworked within the next 12 years.
