Draven Executioner Idea
My idea is to move Q to his passive, then make an ability that marks a target, then after 2 seconds, Draven throws a long range axe that does % missing health damage.
Passive - Draven readies an axe every X seconds, reduced by 1s each time an axe is caught.
Q - Draven marks a target, after 2 seconds of being in range, he throws a long range axe that does % missing health damage. If draven executes the target, the cooldown is reset.
