Urgot Rework Idea - Since Everyone Else is Having Their Turn

Passive - Urgot recieves 0 - 20% of bonus AD based on his missing health. Scales with level.

Q - unchanged- CD increased

W - Urgot recieves a shield from 50 +X(total AD) to 200 + 2X(total AD) based on his missing health

E - Similar to Twitch W, Q locks on while people are in the slow field. If they leave the slow area, urgot cannot lock on any more Q's.

R - Ugot selects an enemy character and channels for a short time, after the channel, 30 - 50% of the damage done to urgot is instead done to the champion selected for 3 seconds.

Attack range increased to 550 to match other ADCs.

Urgot has always been a character that has played around near death and is a character that I feel could have a unique identity as a carry who wants to be chunked low to increase his damage. With his ultimate he still retains his anti assasin identity but counterplay is added to his E-Q combo and with the attack range boost, he will be able to be played as an actual ADC.
