Aatrox Bans in High Elo

I've been watching Imaqtpie and Doublelift's twitch streams and noticed that people are banning Aatrox when there are clearly better bans available. Is it just a last minute troll ban? What's going on?

Skt t1 faker ( arguably the best player to ever exist ) always bans aatrox because he likes fighting the OP champs in solo que

So i guess people could be doin the same

They ban Aatrox because he is literally the first champion on the list, and they don't actually care who they ban.
