IP Bots in Coop vs. AI

I have noticed an increase in the number of bots that are playing in coop vs. AI. My previous game had 2 bots that would just walk down lane and kill themselves in the tower. The same paths were taken every time and they would stop by each tower on the way to lane. Here is one of them. I do enjoy the small added difficulty but do not think that it is fair for these programs to farm accounts to lvl 30 to sell. Can riot please look into the unfair botting that is plaguing the community so that people have to actually learn the game to get to lvl 30 and not just buy them.
