Cheesy Double Reworked Bond Of Stone + Double Relic Shield + Double Tank/Bruiser Botlane Strat
So if you take two champions that are able to permanently apply some form of CC since slows count aswell, they just use them on the enemy ADC, auto attack them, permanently heal each other scaling with their own HP and become extremely good at skirmishing and running the enemy down like a truck.
Since they would be so tanky and heal each other, combined with the lasthitting capabilities and healing they get from relic shield and its upgrades, they should in theory be able to survive lane.
And then there's also the current botlane meta to consider, utility/high range marksmen without a lot of mobility that are easy to catch, like Varus, Ashe and Jhin.
It would also free up the other lanes to take the carry position, since no one likes to play tanks these days.
As the title indicates, it's really cheesy and might just not work at all, especially if you can't actually stack it, we have to wait and see until its on the live servers though.
Candidates for this would be 
since they all stack HP and have spammable CC at their disposal.
Sadly, something like 
etc. might not work as good as the others since their CC abilities are on a long cooldown.
would definitely benefit enormously, ESPECIALLY if allies can mark the spirit with bond of stone; if she hits them and both champs she'll regen like a monster in 2v2s
on maokai for even more shared beefiness
's bird attack (you know, the one where the bird attacks and slows nearby enemies) will give multiple stacks of the new Bond. It damages multiple times, and I think the spell applies a slow every time it deals damage. That could be several stacks of the new Bond.
