0% Play Rate, 100% Ban Rate Ranked and Normal Draft

And yet people expect you to learn the champion before playing it. Where is Team Builder so I can actually try to train and play as a new champion at a consistent level without having to suffer through the toxic pre-lobby that is Blind Pick?

No real player will play anything like a Bot. Bots dont even Jungle.

It's still useful for getting the general feel for his abilities and his combos and testing out runes/masteries?

Yeah, but what about after that? It's kind of useless to try and play him since 99% of the time he is banned.

Hopefully. Kled actually isn't all that good once people realize that any movement impairing CC royally screws him over.

really? im in like gold 4 and he hasnt been banned in any of my games, ive been able to play him twice .
